1. Introduction
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for services offered by Satya Support Services Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By engaging with or purchasing any services from the Company, the client (“Client”, “you”) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.
2. Scope of Services
This Policy applies to all services provided by the Company, including but not limited to:
- DPIIT recognition and government scheme assistance
- Funding and compliance advisory services
- Digital marketing services (including but not limited to advertising, SEO, and lead generation)
- Website development, branding, and related services
- Business strategy and consultation services
3. Commencement of Services
A service shall be deemed to have commenced upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
- Completion of an onboarding or consultation session;
- Receipt of required documents, information, or inputs from the Client;
- Allocation of internal resources or initiation of planning activities;
- Creation, preparation, or sharing of any deliverable, whether in draft or final form.
Upon commencement, the Company shall be considered to have allocated resources and incurred costs in relation to the service.
4. Payment Terms
All payments made towards the Company’s services shall be considered as consideration for:
- Allocation of professional resources;
- Time, effort, and expertise;
- Planning, execution, and delivery of services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable, subject to the limited exceptions set forth in this Policy.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Except in cases of proven deficiency in service as per applicable laws, the following shall be non-refundable:
- Services that have commenced, been delivered, or completed;
- Consultation services once rendered;
- Customised or project-based services, including but not limited to strategy documents, applications, websites, branding assets, and marketing setups.
6. Outcome Disclaimer
The Company provides consulting, advisory, and execution support services. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Approval of government registrations, certifications, or funding;
- Achievement of specific business, marketing, or financial results;
- Lead generation volumes, sales conversions, or return on investment.
Refund requests shall not be entertained on the basis of dissatisfaction with outcomes.
7. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate:
- Information, documents, and inputs;
- Approvals, feedback, and clarifications;
- Communication required for execution of services.
The Company shall not be liable for delays, deficiencies, or non-performance arising due to the Client’s failure to fulfil these obligations. No refunds shall be applicable in such cases.
8. Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered solely under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous payment made by the Client;
- Inability of the Company to initiate or deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing along with valid proof of payment to info@satyasupport.co.in.
9. Project-Based and Milestone Services
For services executed in stages or milestones:
- Payments corresponding to completed stages shall be non-refundable;
- Any refund, if applicable, shall be limited to portions of the service not yet initiated;
- The Company reserves the right to deduct charges proportionate to the work completed.
10. Cancellation Policy
10.1 Prior to Commencement
Cancellation requests must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled commencement of services. Requests made thereafter may not be eligible for consideration.
10.2 Post Commencement
No refunds shall be issued once the service has commenced. Charges for work completed up to the date of cancellation shall remain payable.
10.3 Consultations
Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours shall not be eligible for refund or rescheduling, unless otherwise determined by the Company.
11. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
- The same shall be processed through the original mode of payment;
- The processing time shall be between fifteen (15) to thirty (30) business days.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
Applicable taxes, once remitted to authorities, shall not be refundable.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
The Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute without prior written communication with the Company.
Any unauthorized chargeback shall be treated as a breach of contractual terms, and the Company reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Changes in government policies or regulations;
- Platform or third-party service disruptions;
- Technical failures or unforeseen circumstances.
14. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute:
- The parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion;
- Failing such resolution, the matter shall be subject to the laws of India.
The courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Hierarchy of Documents
In the event of any inconsistency:
- The terms outlined in a signed agreement or proposal shall prevail over this Policy;
- This Policy shall supplement and support such agreements.
